I am an online driver. On Friday I received an order in the Canggu area with the destination Ubud to send a package which had been sealed, the sender said it contained perfume. Upon arrival in Ubud, the package was received by the villa staff and immediately handed over to the guest who ordered. On Saturday afternoon my application was blocked/suspended for 14 days on the grounds of stealing goods, an act I did not commit. I also checked one by one which orders had problems and finally found a package sent from Canggu which the recipient said only contained 1 perfume while she ordered 2 perfumes.
I immediately consulted with several Q-RAK Divine Cultivation admins and was given the answer; keep cycling until your problem is resolved because that is the cross you have to bear. Because I was forced to take leave, I had a lot of time to cycle in the morning and evening while praying to the Lord Jesus Christ so that my problem would be resolved quickly. On Monday I went to the office to hold an appeal hearing, it turned out there were many cases of unfair suspensions received by online driver partners. There were many things because of trivial problems that resulted in being suspended. On Tuesday, on the 4th day of the suspension period, in the morning I took care of the Police Clearance Certificate at the Gianyar police station in preparation for applying for work elsewhere and didn’t forget to stop at the Santa Maria Ratu Rosari Parish Church which was located on Jalan Mulawarman Gianyar. There I prayed in Mary’s grotto asking for the truth to be revealed and my suspended status to be lifted.
In the afternoon I went cycling on a route that continued to climb, the difficulty of the climb I was on was as heavy as the cross I was carrying. After cycling, I received news from the application that my appeal had been accepted because both parties could not show the recording when inserting the goods and the customer did not have an unboxing video, whereas I had photos of receiving and sending the package which was still sealed.
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ, praise Our Lady and praise GM Rony Irianto. My suspension status has been lifted and I can work online again. I don’t forget to say thank you to all my cycling friends. Let’s cycle towards the new world.

Saya seorang driver online pada hari Jumat saya mendapatkan order di Daerah Canggu dengan tujuan Ubud, mengirimkan sebuah paket yang sudah tersegel , kata pengirim isinya parfum sesampai di Ubud paket diterima oleh staf Villa dan segera diserahkan ke Tamu yang order, Hari Sabtu siang aplikasi saya di blok / Suspend selama 14 hari dengan Alasan Mencuri barang,suatu perbuatan yang tidak saya lakukan saya pun mengecek satu persatu orderan mana yang bermasalah dan akhirnya ketemu paket yang dikirim dari Canggu yang kata si penerima Hanya isi 1 Parfum sedangkan dia order 2 parfum, Saya pun segera Konsultasi dengan beberapa Admin Q-Rak Divine Cultivation dan diberi jawaban Teruslah bersepeda sampai masalahmu selesai karena itulah Salib yang harus kau pikul, karena saya dipaksa Cuti saya pun banyak waktu untuk Gowes Pagi dan Sore Sambil Berdoa Kepada Tuhan Yesus Kristus agar masalah saya cepat selesai, Hari Senin saya ke Kantor untuk Melakukan Sidang Banding , ternyata disana banyak kasus Suspend Ketidakadilan yang diterima Mitra Pengemudi Online,banyak hal karena masalah sepele yang berujung Suspend, Hari Selasa tepat di hari ke 4 masa Suspend, Pagi hari saya mengurus Surat SKCK di Kantor Polisi Gianyar untuk persiapan melamar kerja di tempat lain dan Tak lupa singgah di Gereja Paroki Santa Maria Ratu Rosari, yang bertempat di Jalan Mulawarman Gianyar dan berdoa di Goa Maria Memohon agar dibukakan kebenaran dan Status Suspend saya dicabut, Sore hari saya Gowes dengan Rute yang terus menanjak, Beratnya tanjakan yang saya lalui seberat Salib yang saya pikul, Selesai Bersepeda saya mendapatkan kabar dari Pihak Aplikasi Banding saya diterima dikarenakan kedua Belah Pihak tidak dapat menunjukkan Rekaman saat memasukkan barang dan di Pihak Costumer tidak memiliki Video Unboxing, sedangkan saya memiliki Foto menerima dan mengirim paket masih tersegel , Puji Tuhan Yesus Kristus, Puji Bunda Maria dan Puji GM Rony Irianto status Suspend saya dicabut dan saya sudah bisa kerja Online lagi , Tak lupa saya mengucapkan Terima kasih kepada semua Teman teman bersepeda, Mari kita Bersepeda Menuju Dunia Baru
