All Problems are Resolved Simply and Pleasantly
Greetings purification in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and GM Rony Irianto.
Last Friday I experienced a different condition which today I intend to share via testimonial.
In the morning when I woke up from sleep, my body felt weak, I was not enthusiastic about doing any activities, even though I had to go to the office to work.
I decided not to do any part of my routine work in the morning because I felt lazy and uninspired. (even though the previous day I was excited)
I even decided not to use a bicycle to go to the office (I usually routinely use a bicycle) because I felt weak and lackluster. Even at the office, I felt very different from my usual condition, I felt hot and sweaty (even though it was raining in my area early in the morning).
Around 10 o’clock, I was allowed to leave the office to complete the report that I had to complete. It occurred to me to have a plan to also service my bicycle. Because the distance between my house and the bicycle repair shop was almost 2 km, I decided to ride my bicycle to the repair shop, even though the weather was hot.
After completing the bicycle service, I pedaled my bicycle back to the office to complete the work. Miraculously, after I had time to cycle, my mood, enthusiasm and stamina improved. In fact, even without taking a break during the day, my stamina was stable, until in the afternoon I returned to cycling with my fellow practitioners, and my stamina was still good.
From the experience I had while cycling, it turns out that apart from my body’s stamina being stable, my mood also gets better when cycling, especially if I cycle with friends, it makes me even happier. 😊
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise Supreme Master GM Rony Irianto. Through Q-RAK Divine Cultivation science, all problems can be resolved immediately, even in a simple and pleasant way. 🙏

SEGALA PERMASALAHAN TERATASI SECARA SEDERHANA DAN MENYENANGKAN
Salam Pemurnian Dalam Nama Tuhan Yesus Kristus dan GM Rony Irianto
Hari Jumat kemaren saya mengalami suatu kondisi yang berbeda dimana hari ini saya niatkan berbagi melalui testimoni.
Pagi hari ketika bangun dari tidur badan serasa lemas, tidak begairah untuk melakukan aktifitas apapun, padahal saya harus bekerja ke kantor.
Saya memutuskan untuk tidak melakukan salah satu bagian pekerjaan rutin di pagi hari karena rasa malas dan tidak bersemangat.(padahal hari sebelumnya saya bersemangat)
Bahkan saya memutuskan ke kantor pun tidak menggunakan sepeda (biasanya rutin menggunakan sepeda) karena kondisi lemas dan tidak bergairah.
Di kantor pun, saya merasakan sangat berbeda dengan kondisi biasanya. Gerah dan berkeringat(padahal dini hari sempat hujan di daerah saya).
Sekitar jam 10 an, saya ijin keluar kantor untuk melengkapi laporan yang harus saya selesaikan, terlintas di pikiran saya punya rencana untuk sekalian servis sepeda saya.
Karena jarak rumah dengan bengkel sepeda sekitar hampir 2 km, saya putuskan untuk mengayuh sepeda ke bengkel, walaupun cuaca panas.
Setelah, selesai servis, saya kembali mengayuh sepeda ke kantor untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan.
Ajaibnya, setelah saya sempat bersepeda, mood dan semangat serta stamina saya meningkat. Bahkan, tanpa istirahat siang pun, stamina tubuh saya stabil, hingga sore harinya saya kembali bersepeda bareng dengan teman teman sesama praktisi,pun, stamina masih ON.
Dari pengalaman yang saya alami saat bersepeda, ternyata, selain stamina tubuh menjadi stabil, mood pun semakin ON saat bersepeda, apalagi jika bersepeda bareng teman teman, bikin tambah Happy😊
Puji Tuhan Yesus Kristus, Puji Maha Guru GM Rony Irianto, melalui keilmuan Kultivasi QRAK ini, segala permasalahan segera bisa diatasi dengan segera, bahkan dengan cara cara yang sederhana dan menyenangkan🙏
